1040MM Overhead Cable Stringing Blocks are used for 800 or 1000 KV transmisson line conductor or OPGW stringing. The conductor sheave is made in Nylon, and lined with neoprene.

Application: It is suitable to string single, two, four aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in high strength nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings, the central sheave is specially strengthened for passing of steel wire rope. The frame is made in galvanized steel.

1. Clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request. The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).
2. The sheave size outer diameter X inner diameter X width: 1040 mm X 900mm X 125 mm
