20 Ton Tension Stringing Equipments are used for overhead power line 4 or 6 oconductors stringing project. It is used for construction of 500 KV, 750KV or 800KV power transmission line.

Application: It is suitable to string FOUR or FIVE stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.
The central sheave is specially strengthened for passage of pilot wire rope.
The Big sheave conductor pulleys are equipped with specifal head board for easy installation of conductors.

All the conductor sheaves are made of high strength nylon, the central sheave is specially designed with high strength, it is good for passing both of pilot steel wire rope and conductors.

Application: The Head board is used for pulling 4 bundled conductors.
