OPGW Stringing Equipment and Tools are used for overhead live line OPGW change old ground wire and installation operation.  The whole set of machine and tools could include hydraulic puller tensioners, motorised winches, mobile traction machine, recover roller machine, support rollers, OPGW stringing blocks, running boards, OPGW socket pulling grips, OPGW clamps etc. The sets can be used for dead line OPGW changing project, or live line OPGW installation. 1. SA-YQZ40C Hydraulic Puller-Tensioner

Application: The universal unit can serve as a tensioner or a puller as desired, for stringing various conductors or earth wires. It is ideal for retrieving operation, by using the old conductor or earth wire as the pulling rope, for changing new conductor or OPGW cable.

2. Hydraulic Tensioner 3 Ton (Suitable for both conductor and OPGW )

Application: It is used to string single conductor, earth wire, OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable.

Features:

-          Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension control.

-          The max. tension/pull back force for conductor stringing operation can be preset, and the tension force in the line can be read on the tension gauge.

-          Spring applied hydraulic released brake acts automatically in case of hydraulic failure to ensure safety.

-          Hydraulic oil cooling system. Bull wheels lined with wear proof MC nylon.

-          Mounted on trailer with rigid axle for towing at max. speed of 15km/h on site.

1. Mobile Traction Machine

Application: Self Moving Traction Machine is used to deliver guide rope and double pulley rollers from one steel tower to another, running on earth wire by self-driving system.

2. Recover Roller Machine

Application: It is used to recover the guide rope and double pulley rollers after OPGW stringing operations. Make the guide rope tighten to prevent touching the hot line. The recover machine is connected with end of guide rope, and being recovered with serving brake when the guide rope is drawn back by winch.

3. Double Pulley Replace Roller

Application: It is used to change the old earth wire with new OPGW cables. The rollers are installed with 10-15 meters distance on pulling rope when stringing OPGW on live line. It is used to rotate old ground wire with new OPGW cable without loosen and vibration.

4. OPGW counter weight device

Application: It is used for fiber optic cable stringing. The cable could be prevented spiraling by this tool. It is installed directly on the head of OPGW cable, with interval distance 2 meters for 2 pieces of devices.

5. Dull-bull Wheel Winches (3T)

It is used for conductor pulling, tower erection and sagging operation in transmission line construction. It is specially used in mountain area for pulling.

Features: The double wheels capstan can be used for pulling ant twisting rope. Light weight, easy to operate and maintain. There is mechanical brake system composed in the Gear Box. The brake can hold the steel wire rope when there is emergency.

7. OPGW Pulling Grips (Mesh Socket Joints)

Application: length 1.2m, it is used to hold OPGW or Earth Wire. The pulling grips are specially braided from high strength galvanized steel wire strands. It can hold the OPGW tightly and protect the surface of OPGW well.
