Nylon wheel stringing pulley blocks are used for overhead transmission line conductor stringing operation. We produce different size of pulley blocks, with different number of wheels. We have designed and produced stringing pulley blocks for up to 8 bundled conductors on 1000KV transmission line.

Application: It is suitable to string stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in high strength nylon. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.
The pulley blocks can be installed with grounding roller device.

The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.
The central sheave is specially strengthened for passage of pilot wire rope.
